Deposits/Cancellations:
A 50% deposit is required within ten days of booking. Payments within 35 days prior to reservation must be secured by credit cart and/or cash. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card at other times.
Payment of the balance of the bill is required in cash, travelers checks or major credit card on arrival. We regret that personal checks are not accepted at this time.
Cancellation Policy:
Off Season: Cancel 21 days or more prior to arrival date and receive deposit refund (minus a $45 administration fee). Cancel within 21 days prior to arrival and deposits on cancellations are refunded (minus a $45 administration fee) only if room is re-rented for the same time period.
Season: Cancel 35 days or more prior to arrival date and receive deposit refund (minus a $45 administration fee) only if room is re-rented for the same time period. There are no refunds on cancellations made within 35 days prior to arrival during Season.
PLEASE NOTE: Deposits on Reservations for Major Holidays of Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Carnival and Labor Day, Women's Week, New Years Eve/Day and any Special Event where the bookings are made months in advance, are non-refundable. There is no refund for delayed arrivals or early departures.
We may reserve the option to credit deposit to a future reservation at our discretion. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Arrival and Departure:
Check-In: Check-in is between 2pm and 6pm. As a courtesy to our other guests, we do not accept check-ins after 11pm. Please make arrangements prior to check-in if you anticipate arriving early or late by phoning us at 1-800-422-4605 at we will do our best to accommodate you.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 11am. If you need to leave later than 11am, please contact us and make prior arrangements. Checking-out late without prior arrangement will automatically incur a $15/per quarter hour fee up to two hours at which point the guest will be charged an additional day's rental.
The Bayberry is a non-smoking facility!

A smoking infraction results in an additional charge of $250.00 for cleaning and odor elimination. A $250.00 charge will be automatically assessed to your credit card. We provide many outdoor areas for guest to indulge at comfort.
Keys: Lost key charge $25.00
Pets: We regret we cannot accommodate pets of any kind. However, if you have pet you want to share the Provincetown experience, board them down the street at KC's Animal Resort Tel: (508) 487 7900 located on Shank Painter Rd or treat them to a stay down the cape at Nauset Kennels 1-800-696-3275, www.nausetkennels.com.
Irons: We provide a space with an Iron and Ironing board. Please do not bring your own!
Cleaning Charge: We do expect to clean a room after guest departure and anticipate room will be left on departure as neatly as found, should this not be the case we do have a flat cleaning charge of $35.00 for those rare special guest who abuse the property.
