Welcome to Bayberry Accommodations! We strive to make your visit with us as pleasant as possible. To that end, we have set the following policies:
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and travelers checks.
Cancel 21 days or more prior to arrival date and receive a refund of your deposit minus a $50 administration fee. Cancel within 21 days prior to arrival and receive a refund of your deposit minus a $50 administration fee only if room is fully re-rented for the same time period.
Please note that deposits received for reservations for major holidays/events, i.e. Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Bear Week, Carnival, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Women's Week, Halloween, Holly Folly, New Years Eve/Day and any Special Event where the bookings are made months in advance, are non-refundable regardless if the room(s) are re-rented.
There is no refund for delayed arrivals, early departures or reduced number of guests staying in the apartment. Guests who fail to show up for their booked reservations will automatically be charged the entire amount of the stay without further notification.
Arrival and Departure:
Check-in is between 2pm and 6pm. Please make arrangements prior to check-in if you anticipate arriving early or late by phoning us at 1-800-422-4605 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will do our best to accommodate you. As a courtesy to our other guests, we do not accept check-ins after 11pm.
Check-out time is 11am. Check-out time includes both you and your car. If you need to leave later than 11am, please contact us and make prior arrangements. Cars left on the lot after 11am without permission are subject to an automatic, additional charge of $50.
This is a non-smoking facility. For the health and safety of all, we do not allow smoking or the use of open flames inside the house. Ample places to smoke are provided outside. Smoking in the house will result in an automatic, additional charge of $250.00 for cleaning and odor elimination.
Children & Pets:
We offer a quiet experience to our guests and therefore, do not accept children under the age of 16. The house is filled with antiques, collectibles and glass. It is not an appropriate environment for children.
We do not accept pets. However, if you have pet you want to share the Provincetown experience with, we suggest you use Provincetown Pet Resort

We offer you a clean and maintained room in our home. We ask that you treat our home with respect and let us know if something needs attended to. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any damages they incur and or a cleaning charge if the room is left exorbitantly messy. Also, we do out best to remove stains from towels and linens you have used. However, in case we are unable to remove stains, you are responsible for their replacement cost and will be notified accordingly. Keys that are not turned in at check-out or lost incur an automatic, additional fee of $15/key.
