SANDY NECK  "A romantic space" A "colonial styled" room with queen bed. The octagonal shape of the room gives it a very distinctive appearance. Windows frame a real log burning fireplace giving the room a warm welcoming glow for the cooler months and great ambiance during the summer months. The octagonal shape of the room creates great cross-breezes in the summer.
Overlooking the gardens, on the first floor the room provides our premium, romantic space. A very large room with air-conditioning, full bath and tub. Room includes parking, breakfast and on-site Hot Tub.

CHOP
West Chop is situated on the first floor. This large elegant, air-conditioned room, has a Queen bed, private bath and tub. Room has a private entrance with a small exterior deck. A comfortable room with abundant afternoon sun! The room is decorated with a collection of antique glass plenty of bureau space and continues to be a popular room.

CUTTY HUNK Cutty Hunk is situated on the first floor. A spacious room with queen bed with easy access through its own private entrance in the
front of the house; is decorated with accents of cream and sage. There is
an ample closet as well as a clothes press. Large room with three windows and
private bath. Good cross breezes, with Air-conditioning.

STAGE HARBOR A very popular room!
A Queen bedded room, with an exterior entrance, sets the stage for enhanced amenities, including its own fridge and microwave oven. The room is very airy with lots of windows, and lots of ventilation in this vaulted ceiling room. It is on the second floor and has a Large private bath. Also has Air-conditioning. "Cheerful"

KNOBSKA Named after a Light House!
Knobska named for a light house is a large queen bedded room, second floor, plus a private bath. With tones of cream and gold. A freshly dressed bed in the English Manor design enhances the cozy, quiet atmosphere of the room. The room has two entrances, a vaulted ceiling, and is secluded and very comfortable! Nice walk in closet, plus air-conditioning. Room includes parking, breakfast and onsite Hot Tub. There is a kitchen available too. "Peaceful" |
GREAT POINT ROOM
Two Queen Beds Perfect ambiance for a romantic vacation. This is the largest unit in the house and is luxurious and extremely spacious. The octagonal shape of the room and many windows lends to a very light and airy room. Decorated in tones of blue and gold, it is spacious enough for two queen beds and big stuffed chairs without compromising the space in the room. It is enhanced with a real log Fireplace, air conditioned and a nicely sized private bath with full tub. Everyone is always impressed upon entering this room. The real beauty of the Great Point Room is that it can be expanded to include a kitchen and living room as pictured below. "So comfy" |
